About Inspired by Blue

Crafting has always been a part of my life growing up. I developed a love of cross stitching and paper crafting at a young age. Even after years of focusing on Motherhood and career I have always felt a pull back to my roots of crafting. I am constantly in awe of the work of other crafters. There is something so simple and beautiful about a handmade piece that just can't be replicated at scale.

I struggled to come up with a name for my small little passion project. I wanted the title to cement the purpose for this business. There are many  reasons why Blue inspires me. From Sapphire to Tourqouise being the birthstones of my daughters. To the blue hydrangeas on my wedding day. To the calm blue skies over fields of hay. Blue is tied to such precious memories throughout my life that when I think of inspiration I think of Blue. And that is what I hope I can accomplish, is to inspire by creating quality and beautiful home decor pieces
